I think the New Sister is still available as part of Felicity's short story boxed set.

I ordered & received them just before Easter. There was a 4th Felicity short story that I ordered separately. That worked for me because I didn't have any of her short stories. However, it would stink if you only needed the New Sister book & couldn't currently purchase it individually.

Hopefully they'll stock back up...
